Bucket elevator scope of application and performace:
Bucket Elevator is used to vertically lift broken block and granular materials such as limestone, coal, plaster, clinker aggregate, dry clay and so on and powdery material such as raw meal, cement, coal dust and so on.
According to the difference of running speed, Bucket Elevator can de divided into three types: centrifugal discharging, gravitational discharging and hybrid discharging. Bucket speed of the first type is very quick and it is situable for conveying powdery, granular and small block materials with small abrasiveness.; Bucket speed of the second type is very slow, and it is situable for conveying block materials with large ratio and serious abrasiveness such as limestone and clinker aggregate and so on.
Driving component of Bucket Elevator contains loop chain, plate link chain and belt and so on. Structure and manufacturing of loop chain is very simple, connection with bucket is also very fixed. When conveying serious abrassiveness, wear of chain is small but its dead weight is large. Structure of plate link chain is very fixed, dead weight is light and it is situable for lifting elevator with large quantity, but adjustable fitting is easy to wear. Structure of belt is very simple, but it is not situable for conveying material with serious abrasiveness. Material temperature of common belt is not more than 60��, allowable material temperature of clipping wire rope belt reaches to 80��, allowable material temperature of heat-resistant belt reaches to 120��, temperature of loop chain and plate link chain conveying material reaches to 250��.

Set up the Grooved Spire Chutes, calibrate vertical line, fix it in proper position with iron frame or wood, convey ore to two feeding inlets of upper roof of spire through sand pump, add makeup water, adjust the concentration of mine pulp, and mine pulp swirl flows from high to low naturally, produce an inertial centrifugal force in the rotary inclined flow rate, according to the difference of proportion, size and shape of ore, under the action of weight and centrifugal force of swirling flow, separate ore from sand, concentrate ore flows into concentrate bucket and comes out through pipe, milltailings enters into milltailings bucket and comes out to sand pool through pipe, and discharge with sand pump, and finish the whole process of separation.

Trough feeder application:
Trough Feeder is widely used in chemical, mine, metallurgy, construction, mine-selecting and coal and so on. And it sends block material to receiving device through storage silo.
Trough feeder can be set up on the ground and also can be hung on the discharging hole of ore storage bin. Trough base does alternate motion, and its frequency of stroke is 20-60 time/min, its stroke is 20-200 mm. Stroke can be properly adjusted through drive set eccenter. Eccentric distance is the half of stroke. According to production practice of mine-selecting factory, eccentric distance is not less than 30 mm for viscous minerals. Trough width of Trough Feeder is about 2-2.5 times of that of feeding maximum size. The biggest Trough Feeder can meet the feeding ore of iron ore less than 500mm. The common used specification is 980*1240 Trough Feeder, its feeding size is 350-0 mm and is situable for feeding equipment of 400*600 Jaw Crusher .
