Quantity 50MT with rolls and extensions up to 5,000MT
Purity 99.95% or Better
Hallmark Internationally accepted (LBMA Registered)
Assay Internationally accepted (LBMA)
Bar Size 1 Kilogram bar and/or 12.5 Kilogram bar +/- 0.5% tolerance
Price USD11,500.00 per Kilogram, FOB Bangkok
Delivery Bangkok, Thailand – To the Buyer’s Bank or Brinks Security
First Tranche 1,200 Kilogram (Minimum) or as mutually agreed
Subsequent Tranche As Mutually agreed

PROCEDURES :
1. Purchase Evidence
1.1 Buyer’s Passport or ID’s color copy
1.2 Buyer will show Proof of Funds issue from any bank certify by local bank
or their branch in Thailand such as Confirmation Letter to show the
financial capability.
2. After verify and authenticate all evidences, Seller will set up the
appointment in order to signing the contract at the bank where will be
agreed by both parties within 3 Banking days.
3. Buyer/Buyer’s mandate and Seller/Seller’s mandate sign original contract
and Seller will let Buyer have a look the commodity.
4. In order to protect non-perform event, both parties will put the performance bond in the amount of USD2.5million on the signing contract date.
5. Or in order to protect non-perform event, Buyer can issue Non-Operative
Letter of Credit against USD2.5million Seller’s performance bond.
6. Buyer/Buyer’s mandate and Seller/Seller’s mandate agree on the quantity
of the first trench and mention it in the contract.
7. Before Seller delivers the commodity to Buyer for inspection, Buyer has
to show the payment capability to Seller for 1-2 days in advance.
8. Buyer’s bank would confirm to Seller’s bank with full banking
responsibility that Buyer’s bank would be paying unconditionally both to
Sellers designated accounts soon after Buyer is given Airway Bill Of Lading
9. Payment Currency can be Thai Baht or USD or Euro as agreed.
10. Sellers presents export documents and other related documents (if any)
to Buyer and the commodity is delivered to Buyer means of transportation in
the presence of Buyer in Thailand Seller is full responsible for the
delivery of commodity to Buyer means of transportation.
11. Buyer’s chosen means of transportation issues Airway Bill of Lading and
upon receiving the commodity sealed boxes from Seller.
12. Buyer’s bank release or transfer the agreed payment to Sellers
designated account without any question and delay.
13. After finishing the first tranche, if Buyer has the intention to buy
more, Buyer has to follow the procedure again.
14. Subsequent trenche starts with Buyer’s Bank reconfirmation to Seller’s
bank for paying on behalf of Buyer or Buyer instructs his bank to issue
revolving Standby Letter of Credit cashable on counter only and soon after
Airway Bill of Lading is passed to Buyer each time.
15. Seller is willing to responsible including security for Buyer.
16. Each delivery shall be accompanied by full set of documents, which
includes
16.1 Four (4) original invoices made out to the Buyer.
16.2 Certificate of Origin
16.3 Certificate of Ownership
16.4 Certificate of Assayer’s Certificate report, International accepted.
16.5 Assayer’s and Smelter’s Certificate Weight List describing each bar.
16.6 Official Export Permits
16.7 Certificate of Warranty that AU Metal is clear from all liens.
16.8 International Accepted Hallmark Certificate
16.9 Packing List showing number of packages and marks/Packing List
