Our company Spacar Enterprises Ltd, a trading and exporting of organosilicone products produced by a parent Ukranian company in Ukraine is offering for sell electro insulating lacquers: 1. Applications:
• Lacquer KO-916A is designed for production of fiberglass- insulated winding wires and heat-resistant wires and cables with fiberglass proofing.
• The KO-916A coating shows high durability, weather and moisture resistance, resistance to attack of oil, heat, and gasoline.
Shelf life - 6 months
2.Applications:
• Lacquer KO-916K serves for impregnation of winding of electric apparatus, transformers with class H insulation, electrical machines and apparates with tropicalized and maritime construction.
• The lacquer is successfully used for repairs of load-lifting magnets, coils of electromagnetic separators as well as redesign and repairs of electrical machines.

3. Applications:
• Lacquer KO-921 is distinguished by its low drying temperature, good dielectric properties, moisture and heat resistance.
• The product serves for impregnation of glass winding of wires and cables. It is also used as impregnating and coating lacquer, operating at 250ºC.
• The product is widely used for protection of electric machines and apparatus from mold and fungi.
• In food industry, the lacquer is used as release agent for metal forms for baking meat as well as protective coat for metal forms for baking bread and biscuits.

4.Applications:
• Lacquer KO-922 serves as adhesive in production of heat resistant glass-bonded micaite which is used in the production of electrric machines with class H insulation as well as electric machines and apparatus operating at 250ºC for a short time.
• Lacquer KO-922 is used in the production of glass - asbestos fabric.

5.Applications:
• Lacquer KO-923 possesses high dielectric properties, good adhesive and impregnating ability.
• Lacquer KO-923 is used for impregnation of winding of electric machines and apparatus operating at 180-220ºC under high humidity conditions.
• It also serves for preparation of protective heat-resistant enamels continuously operating at 80-220ºC and at 250-300ºC for a short time.
• Lacquer KO-922 is widely used as antirust coating for metal surfaces.

6.Applications:
• Lacquer KO-978 is used as adhesive in manufacture of flexible composite materials on base of mica plastic papers as well as for impregnation of windings of class H electrical machines and apparatus.

7.Applications:
• serves for impregnation of windings of class H electrical machines and apparatus as well as manufacture of varnished glass-rubber cloth LSKR;
• prior to application, Compound K-43 should be added with drying catalyst of plumbum linoleate and thoroughly stirred;
• catalyst is not in delivery set of compound.

8.Applications:
• KO-915B shows good heat resistance, high dielectric characteristics, good adhesive and insulating capacity.
• KO-915B serves for preparation of heat- and humid- resistant electric insulating materials which are used in manufacture of class H electrical machines and apparatus.
• KO-915B is also used in the manufacture of glass fabrics, glass fiber- insulated wires, insulating enamels.

9.Applications:
• Lacquer KO-991-4 is used with addition of drying catalyst 64B , or ZK-1, or ZK-12:
o 64B is introduced 12 hrs before the use of the lacquer at the rate of 6% to the base of lacquer and thoroughly stirred,
o ZK-1 and ZK-12 is introduced in the lacquer direct before use at the ratio ZK-1 /lacquer as 5,2 g/100 g und ZK-12/ lacquer as 2,6 g/100 g. The rate of ZK-1 can be reduced to 50% to improve adhesion of the lacquer to the substrate.
• Due to high adhesive capacity, KO-991-4 is used in the manufacture of mica-based insulating materials and glass fabrics.
Notes:
The use of KO-991-4 without drying catalyst is also possible.
This is responsibility of customer to specify the storage time of the lacquer with added promoter and fix it in the application instruction.

1. HEAT-RESISTANT VARNISH КО-049 Binder in the manufacture of heat-resistant cold drying enamels for protection of parts operating at temperatures of about 300¢XC.
2. HEAT-RESISTANT VARNISH КО-075 Preparation of the heat-resistant enamel KO-835. The latter is prepared directly before use by mixing 94 parts by weight of the lacquer and 6 parts by weight of aluminium powder. The enamel is designed for parts operating at temperature of about 500¢XC. Protection of separators, gas traps with the fitting, cyclone settlers in oil-fields. Corrosion prevention of external surface of gas ducts, chlorinators, steam and gas turbines, ejectors, different elements of agricultural machines, air drying apparatus, chemical catching equipment, equipment in by-product coke production. Protection of car radiators as well as other elements and equipment operating at 350-400¢XC for a long time. Corrosion prevention of internal surface of steam-water tanks operating at 150-160¢XC. Sizing and dressing of artificial fur; improvement of resistance of protective clothing to attack by acids; impregnation of filter fabrics to increase serviceability, heat and wear resistance. Release coating in the production of glass and fiberglass plastics; a component of parting paints. Combination of the lacquer KO-075 with pentaphthalic (perchlorovinyl) nitrocellulose enamels provides improvement of the film strength, water, heat and light resistance, water repellency, gloss and hardness.
3. HEAT-RESISTANT VARNISH КО-85FМ Painting of woodwork (without polishing). Manufacture of heat-resistant enamel which presents a mixture of the lacquer and aluminium powder as 100:5. Due to the high resistance to heat, humidity and gasoline the enamel can be used for hardware operating at 300-3500C for a long time as exhaust pipes and ejectors of crawlers, parts of boilers, chimneys and wire ends as well as for restoration of damaged lacquer coatings.
4. HEAT-RESISTANT VARNISH КО-85FМ-1 Insulating, moisture-resistant and impregnating material as well as binder for manufacture of paint?and?lacquer coatings.
5. HEAT-RESISTANT VARNISH KO-08, KO-08K КО-08 Binder for heat-resistant dyed enamels: coatings withstand the operating temperatures of about 400¢XC or 600¢XC upon adding aluminium powder. Permitted to: use as protective coat for surfaces which are in contact with food stuffs. КО-08K Binder for heat-resistant enamels in combination with inorganic pigments and extenders (operating temperature to 800¢XC). Due to good adhesion to steel, titanium, ceramics, glass and copper, the enamel provides the antirust protection of articles made of these materials under any environmental conditions.
6. HEAT-RESISTANT VARNISH КО-815 Manufacture of heat-resistant enamels. The latter are made by mixing the lacquers with aluminum powder. Enamels are designed for hardware which operates at 400-500¢XC for a long time.
