[Sell] Submerged Arc Welding Wire |
Submerged arc welding wire is mostly used for welding of carbon steel and other alloy steel metal that has comparatively low strength. The welding materials are composed with welding wire and flux composite. In the submerged arc welding operation, the composite and property of the welding seams depends on both the welding wire and the flux. When choosing submerged arc welding wire, the customers should not only consider the effects of flux composition, but also take into account the impact of base metal composition. To achieve the ideal property, one kind of flux (flux melting) and several types of welding wire can be used together. Or, one kind of welding wire with several types of flux complexes. It should be noted that the mechanical properties of the all-weld metal test specimens used for the classification of a wire/flux combination will vary from those obtained in production due to differences in welding procedures such as wire size and welding parameters.

[Sell] mig welding wire |
Mig welding wire can be aluminum welding wire, stainless steel welding wire or other alloy wire specially for mig welding processes. Solid wire MIG welding: Metal inert gas (MIG) welding was first patented in the USA in 1949 for welding aluminium. The arc and weld pool formed using a bare wire electrode was protected by helium gas, readily available at that time. From about 1952 the process became popular in the UK for welding aluminium using argon as the shielding gas, and for carbon steels using CO 2 . CO 2 and argon-CO 2 mixtures are known as metal active gas (MAG) processes. MIG is an attractive alternative to MMA, offering high deposition rates and high productivity. Process characteristics MIG is similar to MMA in that heat for welding is produced by forming an arc between a metal electrode and the workpiece; the electrode melts to form the weld bead. The main differences are that the metal electrode is a small diameter wire fed from a spool and an externally supplied shielding gas is necessary. As the wire is continuously fed, the process is often referred to as semi-automatic welding. Shielding gas In addition to general shielding of the arc and the weld pool, the shielding gas performs a number of important functions: forms the arc plasma stabilises the arc roots on the material surface ensures smooth transfer of molten droplets from the wire to the weld pool Thus, the shielding gas will have a substantial effect on the stability of the arc and metal transfer and the behaviour of the weld pool, in particular, its penetration. General purpose shielding gases for MIG welding are mixtures of argon, oxygen and CO 2 , and special gas mixtures may contain helium. The gases which are normally used for the various materials are:

[Sell] Stainless Steel Welding Wire |
Stainless steel welding wire as the filling metals for welding, with added elements, works in certain degree to protect the welding seams and promote the melting of the wire and the basic metals. This type of welding wire keeps the metal property of its stainless steel itself. The welding wire has more elements than steel wire and can add the burned metal elements caused by welding during the process, hence to make the joints with the same property with its base materials. Stainless Steel Welding Wire Technical Info: Grade: ER307,ER308,ER308L,ER309,ER309L,ER310,ER316,ER316L Delivery condition: Core wire in coil size: 2.0mm,2.5mm,3.2mm,4.0mm,5.0mm,6.0mm Core wire in fixed length size: 2.0mm--6.0mm length: 350mm or customer's request TIG wire in 1000mm length box pakage: 5.0kg or customer's request MIG wire 1.2mm,1.6mm in standard spool & weight Technical standards as per AWS related standards.

[Sell] Gas-shielded welding wire |
Gas-shielded welding wire is mainly used for carbon steel and low alloy steel welding. According to welding conditions, the user can choose CO2, Ar + O2, Ar + CO2 as a shielding gas. When the CO2 works as shielding gas, the Mn and Si in the deposited metal significantly decreases compared with welding wire. When Ar+O2 or Ar+CO2 works as shielding gas, the chemical composition of deposited metal almost equals the welding wire. Users can choose welding wire considering the steel composition, mechanical properties and shielding gas type selections. Total nine variety can be provided in this category. Co2 gas shielded welding wire: This product is made with an advanced technology. The welding wire surface is smooth. Uniform solid copper. Has excellent welding performance, arc stability and high efficiency. Carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding is a welding method based on carbon dioxide gas as a shielding gas. With simple operation, it is suitable for automatic welding and all-round welding. The welding can not operate with wind, and it is suitable for indoor operation. Because of its low cost and easy accessible of carbon dioxide, this kind of welding wire is used in various small and large businesses. Carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding (hereinafter referred to CO2 welding) works with the protective gas of carbon dioxide (sometimes mixed with CO2 + O2 gas). This welding method has now become the most important ferrous metal materials welding methods.

[Sell] Welding wire |
Welding wire is used as metal filling stuff or at the same time as metal wire welding materials for electric conduction. In gas welding and tungsten pole gas shielded arc welding, the welding wire is used as filling metal; in submerged arc welding, electroslag welding, and other melting pole gas shielded arc welding, the wire works both as filling metal also conductive electrodes. Welding wire can be divided into three categories. The wire surface does not require flux for anti- oxidation. 1.Rolled Welding Wire. Most welding wire falls into this category, including carbon steel wire, low-alloy steel wire, alloy structural steel wire, stainless steel wire and nonferrous metal wire, etc. 2.Casting Welded Wire. Some alloys, such as cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy can not be made by forging, rolling, and drawing, can only be made by casting. Casting welding wire is mainly used for manual welding workpiece surface in order to meet special property requirements such as anti-oxidation, anti-wear and high temperature corrosion resistance, and other special performance requirements. Use of continuous casting and liquid extrusion can produce up to a few meters of cobalt chromium tungsten wire, tungsten wire for automatic filling gas shielded arc welding, in order to enhance welding efficiency and quality of cladding layer, while also improving the working conditions. 3.Flux-cored welding wire. A thin strip rolled into round or shaped steel tubing, with the filling of powder of certain extent, then into seam flux cored welding wire through drawing, or seamless flux-cored welding wire with tubes filling completely with powders. Welding with this wire has good welding deposition efficiency, good adaptability of steel and wide range of uses.
