We make extrusion molds and produce plastic pipes,sheets of PVC ,PE , PP,PC and other materials.
Our pipes act as accessories to tap water supply, electricity circuits, drainage, tents supports, crayons, flash lights, crafts and the like that need a pipe-shaped support.
Besides hard straight pipes, our factory also produce hoses and coils.
At present, we produce pipes of diameters no larger than 6cm. They can be opaque, translucent or transparent, of desired colors and shapes. We can apply further finishing onto pipes for a finer presentation.
To quote precisely, we need refer to your samples or professional drawings, as well as product performance, in order to justify our cost accounting.
We provide a production schedule together with our quotes. This schedule estimates mold making, production, finishing, assembly, packaging and shipping periods. We keep our clients well updated of each P/O in progress.
