Galvanized Chicken Wire
Galvanised steel chicken wire is an hexagonal mesh for use in many applications including chicken runs / poultry fencing. It is also known as rabbit fencing and hexagonal wire netting. Chicken wire / chicken fencing is manufactured from steel and is hot-dipped galvanised to protect against corrosion (Zinc coated). Boddingtons range of chicken wire / galvanised steel wire netting is available in roll heights from 600mm up to 1.8mtrs and roll lengths from 5m up to 50m. Chicken wire is available in 13mm, 25mm and 50mm (1/2", 1" & 2") mesh hole sizes.
Our standard quality galv. chicken wire mesh is made to the highest standard and specifications. The product is double galvanized for extra life, but maintains the standard quality price bracket making it exceptional value for money.
Process: Galvanized After Weave(GAW) and Galvanized Before Weave (GBW).
We would recomend that for standard chicken applications, the 600mm wide or 900mm product is ideal. Other applications for hexagonal metal wire mesh includes:
