Recombinant human fibroblast growth factors, or FGFs, are a family of growth factors involved in wound healing and embryonic development, which is white lyophilized powder with molecular weight of 16KDa, which is water soluble, can be kept under room temperature.
Application:
FGF powder can be used as a single product together with dissolution medium; be used in skin care products (creams, aqua, etc) as function ingredient; It is applied in the treatment of chronic wound surface (including chronic granulation wound, ulcer, bedsore, etc), fresh wound surface (including trauma, surgery would, etc) and burn wound surface (including Superficial 2nd Degree wound surface, deep 2nd degree would surface, granulation wound surface, etc).
FGF stimulates the division of different kinds of cells, which also combine into cell specific membrane receptors close to the wound; it shortens the healing time of wounds, repair wounded tissue, reduce scar contraction and skin malformation; and keep skin younger.
FGF is effective to nerve growth and nutrition of in vitro grown neurons, which stimulates the survival and growth of central and peripheral neurons, including cortex, aiBpocampus, striatum, diaphragm, hypothalamus, spinal cord, ganglia ciliare, retinal ganglial cells. Additionally FGF stimulates the division of neuroglia cells and participates in the formation of new blood vessels.
