Mainly used for allergic and autoimmune inflammatory diseases。
[Indications]
Prednisone acetate tablets for allergic and autoimmune inflammatory diseases. Applied to connective tissue disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, myasthenia polymyositis, severe bronchial asthma, dermatomyositis, vasculitis allergic diseases, acute leukemia, malignant lymphoma, and other adrenal corticosteroids Disease .
【Note】
1. Tuberculosis, acute bacterial or viral infection patients must be given the appropriate anti-infective therapy.
2. Long-term medication, withdrawal should be tapering.
3. Diabetes, osteoporosis, liver cirrhosis, kidney dysfunction, used with caution in patients with hypothyroidism.
[Usage and dosage]
1. Oral generally 5 ~ 10mg (1 ~ 2 tablets), day 10 ~ 60mg (2 ~ 12 pieces).
2. For systemic lupus erythematosus, stomach syndrome, ulcerative colitis, autoimmune hemolytic anemia and other autoimmune diseases, can give 40-60mg daily, in stable condition after tapering.
3. Of drug-induced dermatitis, urticaria, bronchial asthma and other allergic diseases, can give prednisone 20-40mg daily, to alleviate the symptoms after the reduction, reduce 5mg every 1-2 days.
4. To prevent organ transplant rejection, usually 1-2 days before surgery began daily oral 100mg a week after surgery to daily 60mg and then gradually reducing.
5. Treatment of acute leukemia, malignant tumors, daily oral administration of 60-80mg symptoms reduction.
Taboos
Hypertension, thrombosis, gastric and duodenal ulcer, psychosis, abnormal electrolyte metabolism, myocardial infarction, visceral surgery, glaucoma and other patients should not use prednisone acetate tablets and adrenal corticosteroids in patients with a history of allergies disabled fungal and viral infections were banned.
