Angiogenin |

Angiogenin (ANG) is a small polypeptide that is implicated in angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels) in tumor growth, which is white lyophilized powder with molecule weight of 13.5KDa, water soluble. Currently there are families of ANG1, ANG2, ANG3 and ANG4.
Under specific circumstance, ANG combines with Tie2 to stimulate the formation, reformation and maturation of blood vessels, and keep the completeness of blood vessels and adjust blood vessel function. As the metabolism of all the organs and tissues needs blood circulation to transfer oxygen and nourishment, ANG is important for the body to run normally.
ANG restrains melanocyte secretion of melanocyte stimulating hormone to whiten skin. Meanwhile it stimulate the collagen protein and elastin secretion from melanocyte stimulating hormone, fibroblast, keratinocyte and epidermis cells to defer skin aging and enhance skin elasticity.
ANG lyophilized powder is used as a single product together with dissolution medium; also added to creams and aqua as a function ingredient.
