Beer complex enzyme which is independently combined by our corporation consists of some kinds of enzyme which is used in beer brewing industry,including Beta-dextranase,Xylanase,Cellulose,Neutral protease,Middle-temperature Alpha-amylase,etc.
Through many experiments and pilot plant test,the proportion of combination is very reasonable and efficient,and can exert their function of all kinds of enzyme preparation.It has been used extensively in beer brewery,which has obtained good result.
Two.Product package and specification
1 kg per bag(Aluminum foil bag) 20kg per paper box.
Beta-dextranase:900 thousand u/g Xylanase:900 thousand u/g Neutral protease:35000 u/g Alpha-amylase:10000u/g.
98 percent can pass 80 meshed normal sieve.
Three.Using methods
Recommended amount of beer saccharification is 200-600 g per ton malt.
In the event of high-concentrated glycation and using numerous national malt,the best using amounts of this beer complex enzyme is 400-600 g per ton malt(net weight).If the result of glycation is very good,you can properly reduce the using amount.
This enzyme can be added after material has been put into mesh copper.This enzyme can be directly put into mesh copper.
Four.Using condition
pH range: proper pH:3.6-6.5, the best pH:5.5.
Temperature:proper temperature:40-75 centi grade,the best:65 centi grade.
Five.Using result
It is mainly used in the process of saccharification of beer brewing to improve and raise rusult of glycation.It can validly decompose Xylanase,Beta-dextranase to reduce viscocity of malt juice,and increase malt juice and beer’s filter efficiency and quality,and Improve receiving rate of malt juice.It can also decompose protease,improve content of Alpha-amino nitrogen and dissolved nitrogen in malt juice.

Three.Using methods
This enzyme usage request is formulated according to the production action.Genarally speaking,hydrolysis rate will be increased when enzyme viscosity is be increased.In the best condition,the addition amount is 0.01-0.05 percent of dry materials,which will liquefy and saccharificate the starch liquid. Time of saccharification will affect maltose productivity,and longer time is,more the productivity is.
For example:When you are producing maltose syrup,firstly you should use the High-temp alpha-amylase to liquefy the starch,which can make the emulsion DE get to 10-15%.After temperature is induced to 55-58 degrees and pH is adjusted to 5.0-5.5,this enzyme can be added,and the time of saccharification should not be over 12 hours.Fungal alpha-amylase can hydrolyze starch 40-50%,and 50% maltose can be produced.
Four.Package and storage

In the standard condition of pH 5.8,Temp 60 ,One enzyme activity unit is defined as grams of the malt sugar in condition that one gram enzyme powder decomposed 1 percent soluble starch every hour to get malt sugar.
Four.Using methods
In the process of malt sugar production,this enzyme is mixed with water as per the proportion of 1:5,and it is dipped in 60 degrees water about thirty minutes.After material is liquefied,you can adjust the pH of solution of corn starch to 6.0 and rice to 5.8,and then this enzyme is added once and stired when the solution temperature is lowed to 60,and keep the temperature to liquefy the solution.100-150 unit enzyme can be added in each gram material(100-150 unit this enzyme per gram raw material).
In the process of beer production,this enzyme is added as per the quality of barley malt.The proportion of barley malt and raw material is 6:4 or 5:5.The mixed proportion of this enzyme and water is 1:5,and it is dipped in 30 degrees water about thirty minutes.Further,this prepared enzyme is once added in the material solution and keep the temperature to liquefy the starch solution.250-300 unit enzyme should be added in each gram material(250-300 unit this enzyme per gram raw material).
Five.Storage condition
Insidepack is innoxious plastic bag: 1 kg per bag. External pack is paper box:20 kg per box.
This product must be put in the dry and cool place.It can be kept about 12 months below 10 degrees.It can be well kept six months below 25 degrees,which the activity is over 95 percent.

In the process of producing alcohol,6 unit enzyme can be added into one gram raw material.PH is 6.5-7.0,and this material can be put into boiling pan or continual boiling machine after it is stired.Temperature can be controlled of 100 centi grade,and it can be kept about 100 mins.after it is cold,it can glycate.
3. In the process of business of starch,monosodium glutamate, the PH is 6.0-6.5,and 10-12 unit enzyme can be added into one gram raw material.If it is liquefied intervally, the temperature can be increase to 100 centi grade at once in the liquefied pot,which can be kept over 30 minutes in 95-100 centi grade.If it is liquefied spurtingly, the spurting temperature can achieve to 105 centi grade, and it can be kept 60-120 mins in 95 centi grade.

4. In other industries,the addition of enzyme can be controlled in 6-8 unit per gram starch,and concentration of Ca is 150 ppm.
