1. Pars Mortel is a totally mineral substance and has been formulated to have highly adhesion properties especially to concrete ceilings.
2. Pars Mortel features more than 95% whiteness degree.
3. Pars Mortel creates a proper coating of 1 to 3 mm thick on walls.
4. Pars Mortel requires a very small amount of water; when preparing mortar, for any amount of Pars Mortel, the water needed is only 1/3 of total weight of it.
5. Pars Mortel coating is done with less labor in lesser time compared with Gypsum plastering.
6. Pars Mortel has no chemical substance.
7. Pars Mortel has no heavy or poisonous elements such as lead or mercury,etc.
8. Pars Mortel is 25 to 30% lighter than gypsum products.
9. Pars Mortel is powdery and completely micronized(0-20 micron).
INSTRUCTION OF USE:
1. First pour the desired water into a clean container, then add the Pars Mortel powder gradually and stir well so that a pasty mass is obtained.
2. The prepared mortar is usable for hours before it is turned hard, add a small amount of water.
3. Apply the mortar the same day it is prepared.
4. Pars Mortal coating on walls is ready to be painted 2 or 3 hour after applying.
