The article allows us (MOCECO Inc.) to engage in agricultural production of any and all kinds, including but not limited to the livestock, the food processing and allied interest and other lawful act of agriculture business activities for which this corporation may now or hereafter be organized under the Liberian Business Corporation Act.
We, (MOCECO Inc.) have signed a memorandum of understanding with two of rural communities for 26,000 acres of farmlands in Liberia to grow rice, corn, soybean, vegetables, livestock and etc.
We are therefore, seeking for investors or partnership or financial assistance and or loans in order to carry on this task as part of rural poverty reduction scheme by creating employment, training, and other opportunities in developing country.
