We would like to mention here about the drilling operation in Yemen is very aggressive & there are shortages of drilling rigs to fulfill these operations,
1. During 2006 we expect the high requirements for such rigs.
General information:
- The average depth 2700M.
The casing design is, 26\", 20\", 13 8/8, 9 5/8, 7\".
Sidetracking drilling is applicable in some cases.
2- Drilling rigs for working development for oil wells taking into account that the production csg. Is 7\" and tubing is 2 7/8-3 1/2\".
3. Drilling daily rate is varies $ 12000-17000 U.S.D
4. Working daily rate is varies between $ 5000-7000. U.S.D
