Cleaning & grading unit can clean out various impurities in seeds, (such as big impurity, small impurity, light impurity and heavy impurities), then grade the seeds into 7 grades. After grading, each grade will be soaked respectively, then will be dehulled and separated by dehulling & separating unit respectively. The unhulled seeds will be returned back to the dehuller automatically for another dehulling, which greatly improves the degree of automation.
It adopts wet method for dehulling, and it features high percentage of whole kernel, low energy consumption, compact structure, small occupied space, less loss of seeds, high degree of automation, easy operation and maintenance, etc. It is the deep-processing equipment of watermelon seeds in the world today.
