Kinwey Beam Bolster upper is used to support successive layers of steel one above the other. Legs spaced 2-1/2” on centers in standard 5’-0” lengths. Other lengths are also available on request.
Beam Bolster with Plate
Kinwey Beam Bolster with Plate is used to support heavy bottom steel on soft material. Details are same as for standard beam bolster with the addition of a bearing plate. Available in 5’-0” lengths only.

Slab bolster with plastic tip is used for supporting lower slab steel from slab form. Legs are spaced 5” on center. Available in 3/4” to 3” heights in 5’-0” lengths. Other lengths are available on request.
Slab Bolster Upper
Kinwey Slab Bolster upper is used for supporting one layer of steel above another and spacing them to required distance. May be used on soft material or fill. Standard leg spacing is 5” on centers. Heights and lengths are same as slab bolsters. Fabricated in standard 5’-0” lengths. Other lengths are available on request.
Slab Bolster With Plate
Kinwey Slab Bolster with plate is used for supporting lower slab steel on fill or other soft material. Details are the same as for standard slab bolster with the addition of a bearing plate. Available in 5’-0” lengths only.

PC Wire Types:
Prestressed concrete steel wire can be divided according to wire diameter, the intensity level, the surface coating or cross-section:
1. According to diameter, PC steel wire can be categorized as: 4mm, 4.8mm, 5.0mm, 5.1mm, 6.0mm, 6.35mm, 7.0mm, 7.8mm, 8.0mm, 9.0mm, 10.0mm, 11mm, 12mm and so on.
2. According to intensity level can be classified as: 1470MPa, 1570MPa, 1670MPa, 1770MPa and 1860MPa so.
3. In accordance with the surface coating, pc wire can be classified as: no coating prestressed steel wire, prestressed epoxy coated steel wire and galvanized prestressed steel wire.
4. In accordance with the surface morphology, it can be classified as: light round prestressed steel wire, spiral rib (spiral ribbed or helix grooved) prestressed steel wire, the pressure wave (crimped) prestressed steel wire or nicks (indented) prestressed steel wire and so on.
5. in accordance with treatment process can be categorized as follows: cold-drawn prestressing steel wire (no slack performance requirements) and low relaxation prestressed steel wire.
