Product Feature
HY-9060# is a kind of low viscosity, Inherent flame resistance, two components addtion cured potting silicone with heat-conducting. It cures with both on room temperature and heated temperature. It has the feature of the higher temperature the faster of the curing time. It can be applied to electronic components for insulation, waterproofing, fixed and flame retardant. The flame retardant UL94-V0 level can be achieved. It mainly applied in electronic components surface with materials of PC(Poly-carbonate)、PP、ABS、PVC, etc. and metal materials.
TECHNICAL GUIDELINES
1, Pls put part A and part B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two part together.
2, Weight Ratio: part A: part B = 1:1
3, Deaeration the mixture in vacuum pump under 0.08 MPa for 3-5 minutes.
4, The temperature influences the curing time of HY-9060#. When in too low temperature, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization. Suggested operation time and temperature. With temperature of 80～100℃, the silicone will cure in 15 minutes, while in 25℃ room temperature, the silicone will cure around 8 hours.

Addition Molding Silicone
HY- E625# addition molding silicone could be mainly used for making concrete stones, precision molds, PU molds, for life casting, fabric finishing,shoe insoles making， seal for electronic components and solar circuit board, trademark decoration. etc.
HY-E625# addition molding silicone is generally named two-components silicone rubber, Part A is a flowable liquid, part B is the curing agent. It features an exceptional fluidity and good operability. The mixing ratio is 1:1, mainly be suitable for making molds application.
OPERRATING INSTRUCTION:
1. Clean your products and brush a layer of release agent (detergent or soap water) on the surface of your product.
Note: The model should not have been used to make molds for tin cured silicone rubber before. Otherwise, the addition silicone will not get cured. (Use a new model to test it)
2. Enclose the product (the original model) with four plastic plates or wooden plates.
3. Mixing part A and part B with 1:1 mixing ratio and stir evenly. And get the mixture for vacuum-pumping. (If there is no vacuumizer, you can just pour the mixture slowly from the corner so that less bubbles caused)
4. Pour the mixture into the model frame.
After about 2-4 hours, when the silicone cured, get out the original model, and there you get a finished addition cured silicone mold .

Operations of liquid rtv silicone rubber for sculpture molding
If customers want to make large products and large size moulds, the mould should be made of silicone rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, if the mould with fine and precision patterns, it should be made of silicone with low hardness. The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. If mould requiring fast drying and demould, more curing is needed.
(Note: our company does not recommend you to add silicon oil. If a special soft silicom mould or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5% - 10% silicon oil could be added to soften the mould for easy demould.)

Manual Molding Silicone Rubber is mainly used for model design of manual mold, PVC plastic molds, cement products, low melting point alloy molds, alloy toys, plastic toys, electronics, handicrafts, stationery, large-scale sculpture, reproduction of cultural relic, shoe sole molds, pad printing allocation, Electronic equipment antivibration, etc.
b. Model Codes of Manual Molding Silicone Rubber
HY-528# is applicable to make molds of smaller products and the production will be 2-3 pieces.
HY-540#, compared to other two types, for its moderate hardness and better quality & performance, its production will be 20-30 pieces.
HY-570# is applicable to large size products duplications and Electronic equipment antivibration.
c. Operation Instructions for Manual Molding Silicone Rubber
RTV-2 Manual Molding Silicone Rubber is a flowable liquid, and the quality has nothing to do with the color. It consists of two component. Part A is a flowable liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curing agent. Firstly, after your previous work of dealing with the original model, take some liquid silicone rubber , add 2%-3% curing agent of the amount of silicon, and mix them evenly. Then after vacuum-pumping the mixture, you can pour it into the mold frame. The silicone mold will cured in 2-3 hours.
Note: The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3/5 mins ,otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuumizing, it will not be operated.
FAQ of manual molding silicone rubber
How to prevent silicone manual molds getting sticky?
The main reason for this problem is that you do not handle the products or original molds well, then you should deal with the original mold or products carefully before molding. Such as for the products with a complicated pattern or a unsmoothed surface, you should polish and clean the products after which it will be molded ,then spray the release agent. Normally, the release agent can be Vaseline , detergent. liquid wax Etc. In practical process, you can bush different release agent according to different material.
The second reason is that the operator pour the silicone into the mold when the mixture is mixed evenly, then the finish silicone mold will not cure and dry entirely.
