Name Thomas high-strength structural adhesive (THO511-1)
Outline It is a high-gloss two-component modified epoxy structural adhesive. The bondings are pliable and tough and with good resilience. It is resistant to temperature shocks.

Outline It is heterocyclic adhesive which cures at room temperature. it is temperature resistant and easy to operate. No bubbles appear after curing thus making the surface smooth and bright.
Applications Because the corrosion-resistant quality of the eteline or teflone, the materials are often used to make pipelines, vessels, bumps and valves. Our adhesive solve the problem of bonding or coating such materials themselves and to metals, alloys which may be used in high frequency communication devices and other devices which works in harsh conditions. These materials include PTFE, TFE, FEP, ETFE, CTFE, E-CTFE, PVF2, PVF, PP, PE and so forth.
Features Component A is transparent liquid, Component B is viscous fluid.
Its surface sets within 8 hours, and it reaches its maximum bonding strength within 36 hours.

Instruction 1. To get the best results, it is better to sand the substrates several times in the clockwise and counterclockwise direction, and then immerse the eteline materials in the liquid “A” specially made by our company for 5 minutes, take them out, wash them clean in the running water, or for the best result, in the distilled water, dry them. Then cleanse the two bonding substrates with liquid “B”. wait till they are dry. bond them in time.
2. Mix A and B in a proportion of 3:1-5:2, stir the mixture well before using.
3. Spray the adhesive on the substrates, put them together and apply some strength on them.
