Addition Cure Electronic Potting Silicone Rubber Applications & Features:
It can be vulcanized under room temperature or high temperature with low viscosity, easy mixing and pouring, and it is applicable to bulk pouring with excellent electrical performance. It is applicable to sealing, bonding, coating for electronic parts.
Condensation Electronic Potting Silicone Rubber Applications & Features:
It serves sticky viscosity, low shrinkage and non-corrosiveness. It can be used for a long time under the temperature of -60~200C with the characteristics of moisture-proof and waterproof, radiation-proof, as well as weatherable and anti-ageing. It is applicable to sealing, bonding and coating for electronic parts.
Electronic Potting Silicone Rubber can be vulcanized under room/high temperature, low viscosity, easy mixing and pouring.
Electronic Potting Silicone Rubber Using instruction:
1. Mix the component A and component B evenly according to the proportion and can be used after deaired.
2. The vulcanizing time depends on the temperature in case of heat curing is required. The higher the temperature, the shorter the vulcanizing time, and the thicker the product, the longer the time.
3. The flame resistant type silicone may produce deposit after long-time placement. Mix the component A and component B respectively and evenly according to the proportion before using.

Manual Mold Silicon rubber HY-570# Description: 　
　　HY-570 manual mold silicon rubber is flowing liquid with consistent quality in whatever color. It consists of two components, component A is silicone rubber, and component B is curing agent or catalyst. Firstly,prepare the master mold or the product to be duplicated, take certain amount of the silicone rubber, add 2-3% curing agent, and mix them evenly for use,a mold can be obtained in 2-3 hours. The mold with resistance to deformation and linear shrinkage and high temperature can be used repeatedly to provide fast duplication, and it with low shrinkage up to 2‰. The 570 manual molding silicon is mainly applicable to manual molds and small quantity of product duplication.

The 570 silicone rubber is mainly applicable to manual mold design, PVC plastic molds, cement product molds, melting point alloy molds, alloy toy craftworks, plastic toy craftworks, gifts and stationery, large statues, duplication of cultural relics, shoe sole mold fabrication, pad printing positioning, shock resistance for electronic equipments, etc.
Operation Instruction for Manual Mold Silicon rubber HY-570#:
1. The manual mold silicon is applied to small products or products with fine patterns. The mold for the fine detailed and small products should be made of soft silicon to protect the products from easy breaking when demoulding.
2. If large product duplication or fabrication, the mold should be made of higher hardness silicone rubber so that the products made will not deform.

What should we do when the air bubbles appeared in the process of mold making ?
To handle this situation depends on different cases. Under the condition of an available vacuum pumping machine, mix the silicon rubber and curing agent evenly and then take it to vacuum chamber to deair. If without a vacuum pumping machine, reduce the amount of the curing agent properly. For example, change the mixing ratio of the silicon rubber and the curing agent from former 4% to 1%-2%. In this way, the pre-crosslinking time of silicon rubber will slow down, so the air in the mold will be eliminated gradually to reduce the air bubbles.

Liquid silicone for mold HY625# Description:
625# Liquid silicone for molds ( Pourable silicone\Soap mould silicone ) is mainly used for toy gifts and craftwork gifts with the advantages of good tensile strength, high tear strength, high temperature resistance, high duplication times and repeated use, etc. It is suitable for small products or fine and precision products which is difficult to demould. This Liquid silicone for molds ( Pourable silicone\Soap mould silicone ) is one of the products with the highest use level in the production of craftwork gifts and the shrinkage is lower than 2‰.
Operation Instruction for Liquid silicone for mold HY625#:
The product is white or red flowing liquid with general hardness of 34—38A°after curing . If the customer wants to make large products and large size molds, the mold should be made of silicon rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, if the mold with fine and precision patterns , it should be made of silicon with low hardness. The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. If molds requiring fast drying and demould, more curing agent is needed; contrarily, if molds requiring slower drying and demould, less curing agent is needed./span>
(Note: our company does not recommend you to add silicone oil. If a special soft silicon mold or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5%-10% silicone oil can be added to soften the mold for easy demould.)
The proportions and reactions of the curing agent and the silicon are listed as follows:
　1. Adding curing agent 1%, the silicon can still be operated within 2.5 hours and can be demoulded after 6-8 hours.
　2. Adding curing agent 2%, the silicon can still be operated within 50 minutes to 1 hour and can be demoulded after 2-3 hours.
　3. Adding curing agent 3%, the silicon can still be operated within 28 - 30 minutes and can be demoulded after 1.5-2 hours.
　4. Adding curing agent 4%, the silicon can still be operated within 10 - 15 minutes and can be demoulded after 1 -1.5 hours
FAQ of Liquid silicone for mold HY625#
1. Why is the appearance of the finished mold striate and unsmooth?
It is because the appearance of the product or the model itself is not perfect, and it has not been polished before the further operation. So when you make silicon molds, firstly you should polish the product, spray the Liquid silicone for mold HY625# evenly on the product. In this case, the problem can be avoided.
