Working Principle
The mineral slurry flows into the cell through box feeder, the mineral particle is loose under the function of water flow of feeder water pipe when they flow into the cell. Affected by magnetic field, the magnetic particle swarm together and form magnetic cluster or chain. With the magnetism of mineral slurry, the magnetic cluster or chain moves toward the magnetic pole, and is absorbed to the cylinder.Because of the polarity of magnetic pole, the revolving directions alternate constantly, and remain fixed when it is working. When the magnetic cluster and chain go round and round along with the cylinder, the mingled gangue and other non-magnetic ore fall down due to the mixing phenomena produced by alternation of magnetic poles, and it is concentrate that is absorbed to the cylinder surface.The concentrate moves to the end of magnetic system where the magnetism is weakest along with the revolving cylinder, and is discharged into concentrate tank by the current ejected by the discharging-ore pipe. The non-magnetic or weak magnetic remained are discharged along with the mineral slurry, and they are gangue. |

Working principle:
When the magnetic separator operates, the materials on the conveyor belt pass beneath the magnetic separator, and the magnetic elements, especially ferrous elements in the raw materials will be attracted to the surface of the iron-cleaning belt. Driven by the motor, the iron-cleaning belt will move forward, and the magnetic elements on the iron-cleaning belt will be driven to move accordingly under friction force and effect of baffle plate. When the magnetic elements move away from the magnetic field area, as a result of their gravity and inertia, they will either fall to a collecting bin beneath the magnetic separator or fall to another conveyor belt and be conveyed to the assembling area, and this is the end of the automatic cleaning process. |

working principle
Raw materials are fed into the hopper directively by loader, then into vibrating feeder, after which raw materials will be evenly sent to special crusher for building waste; then crushed materials will further be sent to vibrating screen by conveyor via Iron seperator, finally three material in diffrent sizes will be obtained, material size from 0-10mm shall be sent by conveyor to finished product yard. useless materials like wood shall be sent to waste yard, and those bloky material shall be sent to crusher for the secondary crush.

Working principle

Working principle
