Pleated Panel Filters have higher efficiency and lower pressure drop allowing air-handling systems to stay cleaner and operate more efficiently. Pleats extended surface pleated filter from filter outperform ordinary furnace filters with medium efficiency and are designed for lower pressure drop, and long service life which reduces equipment maintenance and energy costs.
Extended-surface filters provide high efficiency odor removal and particulate collection for a variety of applications. The filters use Carbon Web filter media containing 60% activity granular activated carbon to remove odors and gaseous pollution. The media is pleated and housed in a rigid metal frame. The frame is available in either the standard box style, no header version or with a single 13/16" thick header. |

Windy panel is a panel-type filter with pre-attached frame that is considered to be able to maximize the performance of filter material. Panel air filter is ideal as a pre-processing filter for general air of high performance filters.
There are some types for suggestion:
VT type material due to the used of aluminum, light weight and easy handling. Standard equipped with left and right types are consolidated.
VA inner frame and outer frame can be easily separated. It is easy replacement of the filter material. Corrosion resistant aluminum frame. It is light weight and easy handling.
VP type incorporating a pattern in the shape of the filtration surface, is highly economical type.
VK frame filter paper: in order to maximize the area of air filtration, filter was molded frame sealed with a special adhesive recycled paper. The filter material was folded pleats. It is a type of filter paper frame |

Mini-Pleat Panel Filter is ideal for use in applications where a high degree of efficiency is required in a 4" mini-pleat design. The injection molded polypropylene frame and thermally bonded polypropylene media separators provide strength and rigidity to this product.
The media pack, comprised of non-shedding, gradient density polypropylene fibers, is bonded to the inside perimeter of the enclosure frame by a moisture resistant adhesive, providing a continuous and positive seal. |

The filter media has very fine fibres that guarantee efficient removal of submicron particles throughout the filter's lifetime. The removal efficiency can be as high as 10 times the efficiency of G4 pre-filters with high efficiencies.
The water-resistant aluminum frame provides extra assurance in high-humidity applications. Due to its frame, the panel filter is also 50% lighter than the metal frame version for a smaller environmental impact and easier handling. |

[Sell] Activated Carbon Panel Filter |

| Activated Carbon is widely recognized as effective methods of removing and preventing odor/fume buildup in recirculated air. Utilizing the finest quality coatings, 3.2 ounce non-woven polyester is impregnated 150% with finely ground activated carbon coatings, and heat set to retain those coatings when the media is rinsed or vacuumed. Just as a sponge soaks up water, activated carbon adsorbs organic based odors. When the media becomes saturated, the filter is disposed of and replaced with a new panel. |
