Fluorinated ethylene propylene is colorless and transparent, the copolymerization of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoro- propylene, retained full performance of the F4, has excellent chemical stability, excellent non-stick characteristics of temperature permissions below F450 ��C, forming convenient with extrusion, molding, injection molding.
Fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP or F46) Characteristics:
FEP is milky white, translucent solid with the density of 2.14-2.18g/cm3, smooth surface such as wax, low water absorption, does not exceed 0.01%. Compared with the PTFE, the conventional mechanical properties are similar and toughness at room temperature and creep resistance is better than PTFE. But at elevated temperature is less than PTFE. Its mechanical properties are affected by temperature, but it still has a certain carrying capacity even at 200 ��. The friction factor is only after to PTFE, and decreases with increasing load.
Chemical stability of FEP and PTFE is similar, for all of the dilute or concentrated inorganic acids and alkali it has exceptional stability. It is not affected with alcohols, ketones, hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, grease, etc. Only at elevated temperature, it has to ration with fluorine, alkali metals and chlorine fluoridation. Carbon tetrachloride and fluorine-containing compound make FEP swell but can still recover the original shape and performance after the departure of the solvent.
FEP has very excellent dielectric properties and electric insulation properties, close to PTFE, the electrical properties substantially unaffected by the influence of the electric field frequency and the environmental humidity change, which can be stable in a very wide temperature range. In addition, FEP has exceptional resistance weathering performance, excellent flame resistance and oxygen index is up to 95.
The principal shortcomings of FEP are the higher melting temperature and the higher viscosity. It needs to use higher molding pressure, but melt fracture phenomenon is easy to produce in the high shear rate. In addition, the intensity of FEP production of plastic parts is minimal, but the cost is very high.

Classified material Performance Usage
Titanium wire Industrial pure comprising: TA0, TA1, TA2, TA3, and other grades, titanium material can be provided in various concentrations of nitric acid, organic acids, chlorides, wet chlorine and alkali, there is a strong corrosion resistance. The titanium material has excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical properties and industrial performance. It is mainly used as corrosion-resistant materials.

Material features Usages
304 SS304 is produced in accordance with the American ASTM standard stainless steel grades. It has exceptional resistance to pitting, excellent high-temperature creep strength. 316L stainless steel has a good resistance to chloride erosion performance. 310 SS310 is austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel having good resistance to oxidation and corrosion resistance, thanks to a higher percentage of chromium and nickel.
The 310 is made of high-alloy materials that have high temperature oxidation resistance. SS310 has a much better creep strength. At elevated temperatures, it can be sustained operation and has a good temperature resistance. Principally used for the high-temperature steel.

Profile

Wire demister standard was formulated by the Ministry of Chemical Industry in China on December 20, 1982, the basic implementation of the Shanghai municipal government standards Q/YSZZ-88-91 wire mesh industry was in 1991, began to fully implement HG/T21618-1998 national unity standard after the year 1998. Demister Pad working principle
When gas with mist rises at a constant speed through the wire mesh, due to the inertia effect, the rising mist collides with the mesh filaments and attached to the filament on the surface. Mist on the filament surface diffusion, gravity settling mist make the entrainment form larger droplets flow along the filaments of the two wire intersections. The wettability of filaments, the surface tension of the liquid and the capillary action of the filaments make the droplets grow bigger, until the droplets together to produce its own gravity exceed gas rising force and liquid surface tension force, droplets isolate from the filaments on the whereabouts. Basically it does not contain the entrainment after gas goes through the demister pad.
Separate the gas in the mist, in order to improve the operating conditions, optimize process indicators, reduce corrosion of the equipment, extend equipment life, increase the amount of processing and recovery of valuable materials, protect the environment, and decrease air pollution.
