Product Introduce
AFTL tuning fork vibration level switch is caused to vibrate by the resonance
of the piezoelectric crystal. When effected by the material damping, the amplitude
suddenly reduces, then the frequency and phase change significantly. These
changes will be detected by the internal electronic circuit, and be transformed into
a switching signal output. The product can monitor, control and alar m the high and
low bit of tanks. Also it is suitable for a variety of liquid, powder , granular solid. It is
practical?? simple?? reliable?? adaptable and maintenance-free. The tuning for k
and output have working condition and diode indicator, which can be adjusted as
habit. Also it has two power supply input modes(220V AC and 24V DC) and many
power supply output modes(DC output type, DC voltage output type, relay contact
output type). All types have high and low alarm sets, which can be done sensitivity
setting according to the situation.

The product introduction
RF admittance level controller is base on the RF capacitive technology. Putting a wireless electric frequency to the detector, and through continuous analysis, the affect of surrounding inviroment is fixed. The energized detector and container skin consist of f two polar plate of the capacitor. The detector insulator and surrounding atmosphere turn into the medium materials, all materials have specific inductive capacity. The specific inductive capacity is above the atmosphere. When the atmosphere is replaced by other material, the capacity effect should be reinforced,resulting of changing the impedance of application situation, so the change of capacity value produces the change of impedance. The affect is measured by the circuit,which is compared with the reference datum which built by sensitivity setting(circuit).
The correct setting of sensitivity will affect the correct change of sensor output. The anti-adhesion circuit of the detector could make the hanging material of the detector to be ignored, or it could affect the sensitivity breakdown. Anti-inhesion circuit is used to the electric potential with the same wireless electric frequency which is added to the transduce detector. Because the circuit could not flow under the same electric potential, the anti-adhesion circuit usually flow through the circuit of the energized detector flowing from the cumulate material to the container skin. For this, the material measured is energized material and not the cumulate material.
