[Sell] Bridge Slot Screen |

Bridge slot screen features bridge-like slot, which creates a gap between the well casing and the packed gravel. Bridge slots are spaced in rows or in staggered state.
Bridge slotted screens are first punched in a flat sheet, which is completely CNC operated. The slot widths are precise and can change as practical requirements. Then the flat sheet is subsequently rolled and welded into a tube.
Bridge slot screen has extensive applications, including water and oil wells, development of geothermal development and mineral water.

Pipe-based wire wrapped screen is another version of wire wrapped screen. It is suitable for severe environments such as high pressure, high temperature and deviated wells. Pipe-based screen can be easily modified to satisfy most well applications, such as steam, water, injection and waste disposal.

Construction
Perforated base pipe provides support to the wedge wires which are directly wrapped onto the base pipe. Advanced welding technology welded the screen to the pipe with superior weld strength and accurate slot openings.
Rib wires create a tighter grip between screen and perforated pipe to strengthen and achieve stronger screen.
Materials
Available in stainless steel 304, 316L, carbon steel and special alloys like Monel or as required depending on practical applications.
Custom services
Specifications including slot width, the number of ribs, the diameter of base pipe and end fittings and thread connections are all customized for different applications and diverse requirements by customers. Usually, slot width is from 50 micron to 2000 micron.

[Sell] Wedge Wire Screen |
|
|
Wedge wire screen, a rod-based wire wrapped screen features the largest open area compared with either slotted liner or pipe-based screen. Versatile wedge wire screens can be found in a great number of well applications, such as rude oil production, natural gas production, vessel internals and ground water exploration and so on.
Construction
Wedge wire screen diagram Rods spaced evenly around the circumference support the screen and prevent the screen from deformation.
V-shaped wire produces self-cleaning action and non-clogging performance. The slot width on surface is increasing towards the internal side of the screen. This slot geometry is called keystone slot which has the ability of anti-plugging. Precise slot width should be designed to satisfy operation requirements. Usually, the slot width is two times the size of the formation sand.
End fittings can be customized to secure the screen body.
Materials
Wedge wire screens are usually fabricated by stainless steel 304 and 316L, low carbon steel, galvanized steel. However, optional temperature is another important element to be considered. So, wedge wire screens made of other materials are at stock, including Monel 400, Hastelloy (C4, C22, C276) and Inconel 600.
Bespoke design
Wedge wire screens can be manufactured into diverse slot widths and configurations depend on applications. Slot widths come in diverse sizes from 0.02mm (20 microns) to 10mm.
Custom wedge wire screens can be manufactured. Length, width, spacing of profile wire can be engineered to meet required service conditions. |

[Sell] Slotted Liner |
|
|
Slotted liner is a robust and effective device for sand control in the horizontal completion wells of SAGD and other thermal heavy oil recovery. Its excellent properties in withstanding installation loads and operation loads make it the premier choice for SAGD.
Slotted liners are manufactured by laser cutting process without contact operation. This process can effectively avoid undesirable factors which will cause the deformation of the base pipe. Laser cutting process uses windows interface for easy operation and accurate calculation.
Slotted liner geometry consists of slot length, slot width, slot density and slot distribution. All these parameters can be bespoken to achieve the required open area. For example, multiple staggered pattern or gang pattern significantly increases the open area compared with single cut pattern. |
