Application:CG-Si69 is a kind of silane coupling agent with multiple functional groups successfully used in rubber industry to improve modulus and tensile strength of rubber, to reduce the compound viscosity and save process energy consumption. It is especially applicable for polymers with double bond or rubber formulation with hydroxyl fillers. The suitable fillers include silica, silicate, clay, etc. The suitable rubber include natural rubber (NR), Butadiene styrene rubber (SBR), Isoprene rubber (IR), Butadiene rubber (BR), Acryloni-trile butadiene rubber (NBR), Ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM), etc.
Storage:Sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, moisture-proof and waterproof, away from fire and heat sources.

Properties:White or light yellow crystals. Relative density: 1.32-1.38g/cm3.Soluble in alcohol and acetone, benzene, ethlene dichloride; Insoluble in water and fatty. No poison.
Application:It is used as the rubber accelerator and vulcanized agent of natural rubber, synthetic rubber. Under the curing temperature, it can release active sulfur, effective sulfur content is about 27%. It has operating safety, curing speed is slow when it is used alone. The curing speed can be arise when used with thiazole, thiurams, dithiocarbamates. There are many advantages, such as no-spray, no-pollution, no discolor, ease to disperse. It is especially suitable to butadiene rubber. It is mainly used to manufacture tyres, inner tube, rubber belt, heat-resistance rubber products, etc..

Grayish-white powder(granule)No taste, no poison. Densiy is 1.08--1.19. Soluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, benzene, alcohol, slightly soluble in CCl4; Insoluble in water and gasoline.
Application:
Used as a secondary accelerator with thiazoles and sulphenamides in NR and SBR compounds. Exhibits better storage stability compared to thiuram and dithiocarbamates but is not so active. DPG can be used in latex as secondary gelling agent (foam stabilizer) in the silico-flouride foam process.
Storage:
Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. The recommended maximum storage life is 2 years when stored under normal conditions.
