1.Why the silicon pad is non-durable？
1)This problem is caused not by the liquid silicon rubber itself, but in the process of filtering, the filtering handled not properly and impurities are not all filtered out; or in the process of packing as containers not cleaned thoroughly.
2)As the silicon oil will break the molecular chain of the silicon rubber. More silicon oil added, softer the pad printing will be, meanwhile nondurable and easy ageing it will also turn to be.
3)Some customers do not know well about the performance of silicon rubber. Actually, the durability of printing pad is closely related to the size of printing pattern. Some factories do not want to take the trouble to change the printing pad. While in fact, for large pattern, large silicone pads should be used, otherwise, use small one.(Generally, the ratio of the silicone pad to printing pattern is 3:1).

1.Why does the silicone rubber mold have few molding times?
The silicone rubber mold has few molding times is due to follwoing reasons: adding too much silicone oil which will destroy the molecular of silicone rubber; making the mold for small and fine detailed products with higher hardness silicone rubber which is easy to break; making the mold for large products with soft silicone rubber which will reduce the tensile and tear strength of the mold, and the mold will have deformation. Thus, we should take the proper silicone rubber to make the mold for suitable products.

Brief description of liquid Manual Molding Silicone Rubber
liquid Manual Molding Silicone Rubber is a flowable liquid, and the quality has nothing to do with the color. It consists of two components. Part A is a flowable liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curing agent. Firstly, after dealing with the original model, take some liquid silicone rubber , add 2%-3% curing agent of the amount of silicon, and mix them evenly. Then after vacuum-pumping the mixture, you can pour it into the mold frame. The silicone mold will cured in 2-3 hours.
Note: The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3-5 mins ,otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuumizing, it will not be operated.
