YACENTER Industrial Co.,Ltd.founded in July,1991,by adhering to \"professional and attentive operation\" and adopting the policy of cooperative partnership assistance,We enhance the competitive ability for production to implement our goal successfully for customers, satisfaction, through enforcement on constitution of the company to upgrade our working performance, We also pay much attention to the research and development,and are specialized to produce the wire harnesses to meet the demand of automobile,motorcycle,electronic,and engineering industries.Moreover,We also supply the items needed by our domestic car manufactories.
In May,1995,we had been approved to act as agent for parts, accessories and machinery under consignment of Yazaki Co., and meantime,we introduced Automatic Terminal Cutting Machine,Model YACC6/7, and several sets of related equipment and facilities. Moreover,we enlarged our planthouse to move in the current address at Pingtung Industrial Park,Taiwan.In addition to extend our employees more than 90 persons,we also increased to purchase semi-auto machines,computer automatic wire cutting machine,etc. more than 50 sets. Meantime,YACENTER is ISO-TS-16949 certified for manufacturing and designed by UL. We are also UL certified for processing wire harness. Our custom cable and cable assembly are combined with multiple in-process inspections and 100% final electrical inspections which allows us to maintain extremely high internal first pass yields lowering overall costs to our clients.
In this modern e-commerce age,we need to work with high performance,and our company enhances overall for quality management and resources integration.Except being increased annually our R&D operation cost to be ten million (NT$), we introduced Smart Workflow ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to control our management for a reasonable and high performance condition.Moreover,in Oct.
At present , the major customers of YACENTER Co.,Ltd, include 54% domestic share and 46% overseas share (including Japan ,Europe,and USA),In order to cope with the needs of the market,and increased demand of the market for electrical mobility ,and electrical wheel,we increased to purchase the reliable testers and current measuring tester to assure for high quality big current standard required.Under the contoller Know-how support of main manufactories of DYNAMIC/P&G,we research and develop the versatile connectors and wiring harness to meet the market demand on quality. Our product quality is well developed to return to the patronage and support from our seior and advanced industries.
