The specially designed side lasting mechanism is formed by 5 groups of PU fastener on its right and left side. The pressing mechanism for side lasting is equipped with special locking to ensure the pressing effect and to avoid shrinking after lasting. The side and heel seat cementing mechanism consists of 2 sets of cement nozzle respectively located on both right and left sides. The nozzle will move forwards from the center point of heel curve, and action closely alone the edge of shoes and mid-sole under the control of pressure and speed .The length of cementing is controlled by projected laser lighter, which is visible and easy to be adjusted for the desired length of cementing .The side and heel cementing can be accomplished at one time, which does not have the disadvantages of apace and inequality during 2 stages cementing. The electric system is controlled by the PLC controller accomplished with the hydraulic and pneumatic system. There are two sets of side pulling pincers for options which can set up pulling stroke respectively on right and left sides and also offer the forcibly manually up pulling function for supplemental use.
