There are 7 types included 16, 17.5, 19.5 (single piston / dual pistons), 20, 22.5 (two-piece / mono-block) The automatic assembly line can inspect every key process by computer. We installed the dyno tester, torque fatigue tester, drag torque tester and high-low temperature test chamber. We gained two national innovative patents and one inventive patent from our technical innovation. The disc contains unique composition of alloy and paired it with the material of brake pads by test, our disc has 5 times life than other domestic disc, and life of pads also rises for 2 times than others. To introduce new technology, we invite oversea expert to our site in periodically. We are the members in drafting industrial standard specification of air disc brake, and became a firm supplier of Xiamen King Long Bus in air disc brake. |
