In the market, most of user use the electric heater to heat the oil products in the tank, but it will bring the parts of oil will be over heated, effect the oil product's quality. If you use the coil pipe heat the oil in the tank, if you need get only little oil from the tank, you have to heat whole of the oil in the tank. The oil products will be heated repeatedly, and effect the quality well too.
Our company is the professional shell and tube heat exchanger (tubular heat exchanger) manufacturer in China. It has 13 years history. The WMY series Suction Heater uses SUS304 stainless steel pipes as heat transfer component. It solve the badly waste of heating steam in the processing heating oil in the tank in the fields of oils storage and transportation. The heater is installed into the bottom of the oil stank, make the heat exchange between the hot steam and the oil in the tank, achieve the oils temperature rise, reduce the viscosity, improve the fluidity, and be convenient for the pumps transportation.
