Mosquito Screen |
Description: |
Mosquito Screen Mosquito screen is available in galvanized steel, fiberglass, stainless steel and aluminum. The mesh screen is supplied in the form of 100 ft. Roll widths of mosquito screen: 3',4',5'& 6' Mosquito mesh screen is light and easy to install. Thanks to the mild steel wires, the mosquito screen is more resistant than aluminum and plastic screen. The galvanized mesh mosquito screen has a high tolerance to heat and fire, in contrast to the plastic. Aluminum Mosquito Screen: Aluminum screen is tough and precision woven according to international standard. Finishing of aluminum screen further adds stability, strength, additional protection against corrosion. Specifications: Available Widths: 2ft.,3ft,4ft, & 5ft. Lengths: 100 feet Colours: Charcoal & bright aluminum. Fiberglass Screen against Mosquito: Made of vinyl coated fiberglass yarn, fiberglass screen is strong, long lasting and is not easily damaged. Fiberglass is woven from permanent glass yarn, which has been coated with a protective vinyl to ensure lasting beauty, colour & flexibility. It is produced under the most exacting conditions to meet extremely rigid specifications. Features: Fiberglass screen is non-combustible & will not rust, corrode or stain. Specifications : Mesh: 18X16 nominal mesh count Colors: Charcoal and Silver grey Lengths: 100 feet rolls Widths: 3',4',5' & 6' Reinforced Galvanized Screen: Galvanized steel screen offers more protection, safety and resistance than other materials. It serves longer and resists fire. Compared with plastic mosquito screen, galvanized window screen has resistance to deformation and will remain tense for a longer time. Introduction: |
Woven Wire Mesh Sieve Test sieve meshes are produced to minimal tolerances using specially designed looms, giving highly precise results for both test and production processes.
Our products are manufactured using high alloyed stainless steels, guaranteeing advanced resistance to corrosion and easy cleaning.
Wire mesh sieves are used in the following industries:
Sieving and fractionating of foundry and form sand Concrete production Production of washing powder Production of foodstuffs Chemical and pharmaceutical processes Research and development
WireMesh.Org members supply wire mesh sieves in all mesh types, sizes and frame materials. In addition to the full range of wire mesh sieves, we also supply top quality stainless steel woven wire and perforated plate test sieves at very competitive prices.
Half-height Wire Sieves: Available in diameters of 100, 200, 300mm and 3, 8 and 12 inches with the complete range of woven wire mesh or perforated plate sieving mediums. Half-height sieves are the same price as full-height sieves.
Perforated Plate Sieves: For aperture sizes 1mm and larger, perforated plate sieves are available in addition to the woven wire series. Commonly perforated metal sieves are supplied in round holes.
Woven Wire Sieves: Occasionally brass woven wire mesh is used in place of stainless steel woven wire mesh. Woven wire mesh is supplied with or without a reinforced backing mesh.
Laboratory Test Sieves: A test sieve is a measuring instrument and should not be maltreated. Sieves should be used with care, cleaned regularly and stored in a safe dry place. Care should be taken when sieving certain chemicals, especially hygroscopic salts, which can affect brass sieves. Always wash and dry the sieves after each test. For the sizing of substances which are liable to corrode brass, we recommend the use of stainless steel sieves. Particles should never be forced through a test sieve - even the gentle brushing of material through the finer meshes is undesirable, but this procedure is occasionally unavoidable for certain materials that are otherwise difficult to sieve.
Metal framed sieves should afterwards be rinsed thoroughly in clean water and dried quickly in a warm atmosphere. (To avoid possible mesh distortion, metal framed woven wire sieves should not be heated above 80 deg C) Sieves that have been used for wet sieving should not be allowed to dry-out before attempting to clean them.
Application: Chemical products Foodstuffs and spices Stones and powders Pharmaceutical products Paper Metal powders Rubber Fertilizers Sugar and salt (sizing) Recycling Many others
Materials: Wire meshes for sieves are produced primarily using stainless steel (AISI 304) or (AISI 316).
