Almond/hazelnut De-hulling Line

The almond processing line provides one-stop solution for food industry. It can grade nuts, de-hull and separate shells. The machine can be also used to process hazelnut.
Grading/sizing machine consists of input hopper, elevator and sizing machine. It is used for grading/sizing in-shell almonds into 4 grades.
De-hulling and pre-separating machine consists of input hopper, elevator, de-huller, separating screen, elevator for un-hulled almond, conveying sieve for un-hulled almond. It can de-hull almond grade by grade, then separate out the small shells and un-hulled almonds from kernels, through which the mixture of shells and almond kernels will eject into the collecting bin.
Shells separator consists of input hopper, elevator and two separators. It is used to sort out shells from almond kernels.
