Its main specialization area covers parts and components for the automative and household electrical appliance industries. The Company has been the specialist manufacturer in this field for many well known companies in the local market including OEM’s such as BMC, Ford Otosan and Teba.The production portfolio includes driver cabins, bumpers, steps, etc., nearly 2000 parts for the midibus, pick up, truck and bus , polyester tanks and pipes, sound and heat isolated generator cabins and containers, living containers.
Dekorsan Group has structured its production facilities into two main divisions: Sheet metal Division is equipped with hydraulic presses ranging from 100 tons to 1000 tons, eccentric presses from 30 tons to 800 tons, as well as welding and powder coating workshops. In Polyester Division, custom tailored solutions for a diversity of industries are provided due to the available technologies of Resin Transfer Moulding ( RTM) , Bulk Moulding( BMC) and Sheet Moulding (SMC ) together with a mould workshop .
Today more than 200 people are employed at the factory in Izmir where it has approximately 10 000m2 production facilities Dekorsan Group takes advantage of every technology available, to continue to grow and improve, and aims to be the best supplier for its customers in terms of cost, quality and timing .
