SHIPMENT: The shipment will be carried out by a freight and forwarding agent based at Afro Export
Village at the Kotoka international Airport,Accra.
TERMS OF PAYMENT : Payment will be effected after the buyer have obtained sample tested and
ascertained as good. It is instructive to state that the buyer will have to come to Ghana to
meet the board of directors and owners.
OTHER TERMS OF CONTRACT: A contract agreement stipulating terms and condition of this transaction
will be signed between the seller and buyer. As such, buyer must as a matter of fact arrive in Ghana
to sign all business and legal documents relating to this transaction which shall be binding both parties.
