The machine is mainly composed of operation panel, rack, capping heads, hopper, hanging cap, filling pump, conveyor belt, driver plate and turntable, etc.
Working Principle
Prepare adequate bottles, caps and fluids; the track of oscillation hopper should be filled with caps and the caps should be located at outside capping station. Bottles are supplied by bottle machine or manually, transferred by conveyor belt; bottles transferred by conveyor belt must be filled before the driver plate. Four bottles are pulled away to each revolution of in-bottle driver plate; meanwhile, the rest bottles transferred are stopped. Four filling needles drop and the driver plate plays a role of positioning and transfer.
