Transamin tranexamic acid, a synthetic derivative of lysine, is an antifibrinolytic drug with hemostatic properties. Tranboxylic acid can strongly bind to the lysine binding site (LBS) of fibrinolytic enzyme and fibrinolytic enzyme affinity site, which inhibits the Chemicalbook of fibrinolytic enzyme, fibrinolytic enzyme and fibrin affinity site, thus strongly inhibits fibrinolytic proteolysis. In addition, tranexamic acid has a more obvious anti-fibrinolytic effect in the presence of anti-fibrinolytic enzymes such as macroglobulin in serum.
Tranexamic acid can treat chloasma. Methanesulfonic acid is a common hemostatic drug used for a long time in clinical practice. Later studies found that trantranic acid has an anti-fibrinolytic effect, which can inhibit plasminogen binding keratinocytes, reduce tyrosinase activity, inhibit melanin synthesis, and play a role in the treatment of chloasma. At present, it has been widely used in the drug treatment of chloasma and achieved good results.

Tranexamic acid is a derivative of aminotoluic acid, which is an antifibrinolytic hemostatic drug. The hemostasis mechanism is the same as that of aminocaproic acid and aminotoluic acid, but the effect is stronger, and the strength is 7 to 10 times that of aminocaproic acid. Aminotoluic acid is twice as high as toxicity. The chemical structure of tranexamic acid is similar to that of lysine, which can competitively inhibit the adsorption of plasminogen on fibrin, prevent its activation, protect fibrin from degradation and dissolution by plasmin, and finally achieve hemostasis. Suitable for the treatment of various hemorrhage caused by acute or chronic, localized or systemic primary fibrinolysis, such as obstetric hemorrhage, renal hemorrhage, prostatic hypertrophy, hemophilia, pulmonary tuberculosis, stomach bleeding, liver, lung , spleen and other visceral bleeding after surgery; can also be used for abnormal bleeding during surgery.
Whitening effect: Its effect of removing black spots is about 50 times higher than vitamin C, and nearly 10 times that of fruit acid.
The adverse reaction of tranexamic acid is less than that of aminohexanoic acid. There may be headache, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chest tightness, drowsiness and other symptoms, which will gradually disappear after the drug is stopped
