We have invested extensively in 4 alternative sole moulding (injection) processes form DESMA in Germany. In addition, CAD/CAM material cutting and computarised stitching have been installed to enable us to stay at the leading edge of technology and superiority. This allows us to offer our customers the benefits of consistently high quality and performance in our products. We support this by the implementation of ISO 9001 and membership of SATRA to audit and test our products backed up by the extensive facilities of our in-house accredited laboratory. Our safety products are all licensed to conform with European Standard EN 345 -1.
Our products spectrum consists of PU /PU Direct Injected (Desma System), PU / TPU Direct Injected (Desma System), PU / Rubber Direct Injected (Desma System), goodyear welted or unit soled shooes and boots with and without GORE-TEX lining. In total our daily capacity for the above emntioned spectrum is around 10.000 pairs.
Our on going research program about the latest technology is designed to ensure that we follow up the new developments in the marketplace and to take necessary action in investing where needed. To accomplish all this we have invested $20.000.000 within the last 4 years. Our new target is to begin manufacturing hiking and trekking type boots and shoes.
We recently obtained GORETEX licence for garments and footwear and this technology enables us to offer higher performance products using the technical support of the world leader in this field.
