Dear Sir,
I'd like to explain our procedure as it's written in the contract.Signing contract on TTM in Bangkok only!
We don't ask any POF or other sensitive docs upfront,before signing contract and don't provide POP or other sensitive info as sec.house name etc.
By Thai law contract must be signed in Thailand,so we invite buyer to TTM.Except of this the Seller and Owner rank is so high that they don't move to any place and don't accept electronically signing.Only face to face with witnesses.If the Buyer accepts Seller's procedure,we need his signed written confirmation of procedure on Buyer letterhead,color passport copy for invitations and preferable time window for TTM (2 days).
After signing contract on TTM banking work starts between 2 bank officers,who confirms acceptance of the contract and all needed details.We work with Thai state bank under supervision of Thai Central Bank.Bank officers do their job.When they finish we invite buyer to visit our sec.house in HK with his experts to assay the goods.And only after assay and acceptance he makes payment.
As you see all procedure is bank to bank only.
Net discount to your Buyer is 10%
Comm. 2%=50/50 Buyer side (open)/Seller side (closed) will be paid by the Seller.
For this reason we invite Buyer's side paymaster to Bangkok to sign FPA with the Seller, after successful signing contract with your Buyer on TTM.

If you need,after your Buyer proved his financial capability we may help him to establish connection with recommended top rated bank (AAA) in Zurich for assistance with the transaction as Buyer’s Master Transaction Bank.
This bank has experience with our previous transactions and is familiar with all terms and conditions of the contract.
If we talk about Bangkok (disc.14%),we could be more flexible here and cancel block funds and PB.Instead of it could be conditional payment MT-103 with only one condition for releasing payment-acceptance of the goods by Buyer.In Bangkok we are ready to deliver goods to ANY place designated by buyer (bank,refinery,
buyer's embassy etc.).Seller pays for export permit,issued by Ministry of Trading.Also buyer can leave purchased gold in the present sec.house where is gold located now.He will get SKR and will be charged by sec.house storage fee as usual.
We can deliver AU also to the Buyer's Embassy in Bangkok with disc.16% if your Buyer has good relations with his Embassy.After verification it can move as diplomatic cargo.
