On behalf of our direct Seller/Supplier and/or Yard Owner hereby confirm and
agree, that with full corporate authority and responsibility, we are ready and willing to offer for sale the
following Commodity as per specifications and in the quantity and for the price as stated below with the terms
and conditions.
1. COMMODITY : USED RAIL / HMS 1 & 2
2. ORIGIN : North America South America
3. PORT OF LOADING : Seller choice
4. PACKING : Bulk
5. INSPECTION: SGS in loading port and at sellers cost, inspection of the respective shipping vessels and shall
issue its certificate of hold and hatch cleanliness and certificate of radioactivity.
6. QUANTITY :
a. HMS1 & HMS2
i. 12,500mt Monthly – USD 265/mt CIF ASWP
ii. 30,000mt Monthly – USD 260/mt CIF ASWP
iii. 60,000mt Monthly – USD 255/mt CIF ASWP
iv. 90,000mt -180,000mt Monthly – USD240/mt ASWP
v. SPOT min 12,500mt USD270/mt CIF ASWP
b. Used Rail R50-R65
i. 12,500mt Monthly – USD 285/mt CIF ASWP
ii. 30,000mt Monthly – USD 280/mt CIF ASWP
iii. 60,000mt Monthly – USD 275/mt CIF ASWP
iv. 90,000mt -180,000mt Monthly – USD267/mt ASWP
v. SPOT min 30,000mt USD285/mt CIF ASWP
(Price and quantity could be subject to change, arising between issuance of this offer and issue of any firm final
contract, as a result of market conditions which are outside of our control).
7. PROCEDURE:
a. Buyer sends ICPO with BCL + . Seller issue FCO to the buyer. Buyer signs FCO and sends to seller with a letter of acceptance.
c. Upon acceptance of draft contract. Buyer and seller execute the contract.
d. Seller sends legalized hard copies and contract via courier for final signatory. Both parties lodge
contract in respective banks.
e. Seller’s bank notifies the buyer’s bank that they are ready to issue non-operative 2% PB with the
proof of product (POP) to buyer’s bank. The 2% PB will be placed in buyer’s account should the
seller fail to supply the cargo of the product, this 2% PB will be paid to buyer and intermediaries
accordingly as compensation.
f. Buyer’s bank issue 100% confirmed Non Transferable DLC for each cargo shipment of monthly
delivery.
g. Seller’s bank issue 2% PB to the buyer’s bank which will automatically activate the SBLC and the
full POP via swift.
h. The SGS inspection will borne by seller.
i. Delivery Commence as scheduled.
