Discounts: Gross 8 % net 6 % to the buyer.
Commissions: 2 % of the fixed price payable by the buyer, divided equally according to the MFPA and shared as 1 % to the sellers side and 1 % to the buyers side.
Delivery: CIF ASWP, 100 MT available immediately
Payment: DLC, in good clean USD of Non criminal origin, and by means of irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, revolving documentary Letter of Credit to the seller. This DLC to be Non – Operative and to be activated after assay and upon CIF ASWP delivery only.
Performance Bond: 2 MT gold in Bank depository in lieu of usual 2 % PB
