Freerun Bearing are special in making miniature ball bearings,Induding Metric Miniature Bearings for shaft sizes from 1mm to 12mm are available by material of chrome steel, stainless steel,ceramic ,plastic or hybrid construction Inch series miniature bearings for shaft sizes from 0.0469" to 1.00" are available by material of chrome steel,stainless steel, ceramic, plastic or hybrid construction Our metric series miniature bearings (mini bearings) and small bearings are available open, shielded or sealed, with bore sizes as small as 1.00mm. The smaller sizes are sometimes referred to as instrument bearings or micro bearings. We provide metric sizes for applications as varied as food processing and electric motor bearings. We provide customers with model bearings for remote-controlled cars, thin section bearings for bicycles, and skateboard bearings designed to provide a longer, smoother ride. Our entire metric series of bearings can be supplied in Gcr15/SAE52100 chrome steel and 9Cr18 AISI440C or KS440 (ACD34/X65Cr13) stainless steel and, like most deep groove radial ball bearings, can withstand heavy radial loads and moderate thrust loads in both directions. Certain sizes can be supplied with the TW high-speed synthetic cage and most metric miniature bearings and small bearings can be supplied flanged. Most sizes are available in stainless steel or passivated stainless steel for more corrosive environments. Metric series Description: The metric series miniature bearings are single row ball bearings available from 1 mm to 12-mm bore sizes. The construction of these bearings enable them to carry moderate radial and thrust loads at low operating torque and provide high performance. The metric series ball bearings are available in stainless steel and chrome steel and come in open sealed and shielded configurations. They are also available flanged or unflanged. With shield these bearings are available ZZ or RZ sheild,2RS seal and 2TS seals. Inch series With Shield these bearings are available ZZ or RZ sheild,2RS seal and 2TS seals.
