The Joint-Stock Company of ¡§Zhytomyrremkharchomash¡¨ was founded in 1944 as a repair-and-assembly plant and in 1977 renamed for Plant for Production and Repair of Food-Producing Equipment. In 1992 the plant became a leased enterprise and in 1994 it got the status of a joint-stock company.
At present the enterprise has three major productions:
- hot-water boilers
- baking ovens
- gas and liquid-fuel burners.
