Thiourea Dioxide is a strong reductive bleaching agent for colourstripping and brightening of deinked pulp in wastepaper recycling. It is particularly effective for coloured papers such as mixed office waste, coloured ledger, and massdyed broke.
It is also a reducing agent and an excellent substitution for Sodium Hydrosulfite in textile industry. It has the following advantages:
A. High redox potential (-1340MV), economic and high efficient.
B. Mild reaction, easy to control, lighter injury to fiber and less fiber loss.
C. Protect environment with no pollution.
D. No sulfurous odors.
Usage: (1) color stripping (2) dyeing & finishing (3) reductive cleaning (4) machine cleaning.
