Application:
Series ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier machine is special for treating the used and old transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil. Comparing with the single stage type, this machine adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machine working vacuum value highly, so it can remove the water, gas and impurities in insulation oil high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, make sure the electric device running safely. Also it can inject the insulation oil into the transformers on line, regeneration the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials. The machine is specially applied to vacuum filling oil and drying for power transmission equipments that are over 110KV.
The oil technical data after treatment:
1. Gas content less than 0.1%
2. Impurity size less than 1μm without free carbon
3. Oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) more than 75KV
4. Acidity value less than 0.01 mgKOH/g
5. Dielectric loss factors at 90℃ less than 0.001
Feature:
1. PH of treat oil ≥5.5 2. Acid value ≤0.03mgkoH/g
3. Flash point ≥145℃ 4. Anti-pressure≥60KV
5. Dielectric loss: Dielectric loss: tg δ (90°C)% ≤0.001
6. High vacuum: high point-vacuum ≤5Pa; working-vacuum ≤35Pa
7. High absorption speed: absorption speed power ≥333L/Sr.
8. Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, eliminating the liquid water quickly
9. UK G technology, by which the trace water that is show chain, such as dissolved water, can be removed effectively
10. Instinctively removing impurities system filtering through the double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer without mechanical power
11. Argon fiber infrared heating system that can make the oil contain zero sum of ethyne after the treatment.
Advantage:
It can ont only remove the water, gas and imurities which mixed in the oil, but also improve many values reach to the national standard such as the acid value, PH value. Meanwhile, it improves the voltage-withstand value through filtering the polarity materials like fre carbon, deep oxides and so on.
