NF of JN series concrete mixer is Planetary Concrete Mixer, It is advanced designed and well manufactured. The plant is modular construction and easy to transport, install and dismantle. It can produce many kinds of concrete such as plastic and try concrete. Its main parts adopt well-known brands products. The mixer is twin shafts forced type having a fast speed and short mixing time. The rated working cycle is 60s. Its mixing plate and blade use wear-resistant ally cast iron and its mixing shaft adopts ally cast steel with long service life. Aggregate, cement, water and additive are well stirred. The aggregate is measured separately by scale and the cement, water and additive are weighted by special weighing hopper to guarantee the precision and accuracy. Electrical control system uses industrial touch screen control and computer control to guarantee the equipment operating smoothly. What’s more, we offer custom-made service for our customers. To meet different working condition, we also design and produce heat preserving and precooling concrete mixing plant.
The Mixing blades consist with multi stirring arms. It has not only rotation but also revolution movements. The complex mixing trajectory of mixing blades can cover the whole mixing area. All transmission system (including motor) on the top of stirring pot separated with concrete, which is easy to dismantle and repairing. There is no leakage.
Pot has a large room. The discharging gate controlled by the pneumatic or hydraulic system is easy to adjust the angle .There is a little space between the discharge gate and the concrete which can avoided that the door could not be opened due to longtime operation or irregular cleaning .Our Planetary concrete mixer can produce dry and rigid concrete (roller compacted concrete), building block, precast element, producing steel fiber concrete, color concrete and dry mortar.
