1) Brought in advanced technologies from abroad, we developed this unique super-sized multifunctional compound batch pre-expander based on the JF-1200C batch pre-expander, which obtained domestic patent for utility model.2) Foams twice or thrice (optionally) after EPS material's pre-expanding. For those factories whose annual output of EPS materials is below 2,000MT, only one JF-1600C batch pre-expander is necessary to pre-expand heavy and light materials simultaneously, which not only meets the production requirement, but also improves the production efficiency and saves space and energy.3) Adopts KOYO Japan's PLC programmable controller and 10' real color touch screen in the electric system, easy to operate, running stably.4) Uses full-automatic spiral feeder and negative pressure feeder to feed, photoelectric controlling system and weighing module to ensure exact weighing.5) Adopts YS Japan's steam reducing valve in the steam system, strictly controlling the steam pressure in the chamber.6) Uses German proportional valve (optionally) to control the temperature difference in the chamber exactly within ±2°C when the density of beads pre-expanded is above 20kg/m³, ensuring the uniformity of foaming. |
