Xinyuan Pigment carbon black products deliver high performance solutions for the printing inks market including the lithographic, flexographic, gravure, letterpress and screen printing processes
Printing Inks Applications
Each of these processes require different performance attributes.
Offset printing requires high color strength with high pigment loadings, good flow, and workable viscosity. Offset ink must be immiscible with water. If high gloss is essential, lower oil absorption pigments are needed.
Flexography ink is liquid and must be very fluid, with almost instantaneous drying properties. Rheology is critical, and low oil adsorption pigments are advantageous. If used for food packaging, different components must be suitable for food contact.
Gravure ink must be low in viscosity and very fluid. Pigment loadings are relatively low.
Letterpress ink must be fairly viscous, with a fairly high tack. The ink must have very good flow and the rheology must work at fairly high pigment loading. If high gloss is required, lower oil adsorption pigments are desirable.
Screen Printing: The most critical performance requirement is rheology. The viscosity must be low, but prevent blurry printing. This is achieved with higher structure pigment blacks and by the adding fumed silica as a thixotrope or thickener. Optical density can be achieved with relatively low pigment black loadings. The choice of pigment black depends on the undertone, jetness, and gloss required.

The product also contains nipasept sodium as antimicrobial preservative and sodium formaldehyde sulphoxylate dihydrate as antioxidant.
DESCRIPTION:
The combination of procaine penicillin G and dihydrostreptomycin acts additive and in some cases synergistic. Procaine penicillin G is a small-spectrum penicillin with a bactericidal action against mainly Gram-positive bacteria like Campylobacter, Clostridium, Corynebacterium, Erysipelothrix, Haemophilus, Listeria, Pasteurella, penicillinase negative Staphylococcus and Streptococcus spp. Dihydrostreptomycin is an aminoglycoside with a bactericidal action against mainly Gram-negative bacteria like E. coli, Klebsiella, Pasteurella, Salmonella and Staphylococcus spp.
INDICATIONS:
Arthritis, mastitis and gastrointestinal, respiratory and urinary tract infections caused by penicillin and dihydrostreptomycin sensitive micro-organisms, like Campylobacter, Clostridium, Corynebacterium, E. coli, Erysipelothrix, Haemophilus, Klebsiella, Listeria, Pasteurella, Salmonella, Staphylococcus and Streptococcus spp., in calves, cattle, goats, sheep and swine.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
For intramuscular administration: 20:20
Cattle : 1 ml. per 20 kg. body weight for 3 days.
Calves, goats, sheep and swine : 1 ml. per 10 kg. body weight for 3 days.
Shake well before use and do not administer more than 20 ml. in cattle, more than 10 ml. in swine and more than 5 ml. in calves, sheep and goats per injection site.
Administered by deep intramuscular injection.20:25
Normal aseptic precautions should be observed.
Recommended dosage rate is 8mg/kg bodyweight procaine penicillin with 10mg/kg bodyweight dihydrostreptomycin sulphate equivalent to 1ml per 25kg bodyweight. Treatment should be given once daily for up to three consecutive days. The maximum dose volume administered at one site should not exceed 15 ml for horses, 6ml for cattle, 3ml for sheep and 1.5ml for pigs.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Hypersensitivity to penicillin, procaine and/or aminoglycosides.
- Administration to animals with a serious impaired renal function.
- Concurrent administration with tetracyclines, chloramphenicol, macrolides and lincosamides.
SIDE EFFECTS:
- Administration of therapeutic dosages of procaine penicillin G can result in abortion in sows.
- Ototoxity, neurotoxicity or nephrotoxicity.
- Hypersensitivity reactions.
WITHDRAWAL TIMES:
- For kidney : 45 days.
- For meat : 21 days.
- For milk : 3 days. |
