Electronic potting silicone rubber for LED display module TECHNICAL GUIDELINES
1. Pls put part A and part B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two part together.
2. Mixing Ratio: part A: part B = 1:1
3. Deaeration the mixture in vacuum pump under 0.08 MPa for 3-5 minutes.Then the mixture could be used for pouring.
4. Pls note that the thickness of the silicone affects the curing time. If the silicone used is a little thick,then the curing time will be a little longer.The temperature also affects the curing time.When in lower temperature, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization. With temperature of 80~100°C, the silicone will cure in 15 minutes; while in 25°C room temperature, the silicone will cure around 8 hours.

Pad Printing Silicon Rubber Operation Instructions:
Step One: Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.
Step Two: vacuum pumping
Without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes.
Note: The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3—5 minutes ,otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuum pumping process, it will not be operated.
Step Three: Pouring the vacuumed mixture into the original mold slowly,when it turns dry,you can take the product out,then the mold is done.

Description of RTV molding silicon rubber:
silicine rubber for manual moid is flowing liquid with consistant quality in whatever color. It consists of two components, wherein component A is silicone rubber, and component B is curing agent or vulcanizing agent. Firstly process and prepare the model mold or the product to be duplicated, take certain amount of the silicone rubber, add 2-3% solidifying agent, and mix evenly for use. One mold pair can be solidified and formed in 2-3 hours. The formed mold can be used repeatedly without deformation and water shrinkage and with high temperature resistance, thereby providing fast duplication of the product with a product shrinkage 2. The 418 manual mold silicon is mainly applicable to manual molds and small number of product duplication.
Operation Instruction of RTV molding silicon rubber::
1. The manual mold silicon is applied to small products or products with fine patterns. The mold for the fine detailed and small products should be made of soft silicon to protect the products from easy breaking when demoulding.
2. If large product duplication or fabrication, the mold should be made of higher hardness silicone rubber so that the products made will not deform.

2 Operation of Two part of Silastic RTV silicone

On the contrary, if the mold with fine and precision patterns, it should be made of silicon with low hardness. The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer.
Operations
Step One: Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicon rubber and curing agent evenly.
Notes: Moulding silicon rubber is a kind of flowing liquid and it contains two parts. Part A is a kind of white flowing liquid and part B is the curing agent. Remember to mix part A and part B evenly, otherwise the silicon rubber will be partly solidified and this will give birth to difficulties in your final operation. What’s more, the finished moulds will meet a short life. All of these will cause a waste of silicon rubber.
Step Two: vacuum pumping
Without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available.

Why the silicon pad is non-durable?
This problem is caused not by the liquid silicon rubber itself, but in the process of filtering, the filtering handled not properly and impurities are not all filtered out; or in the process of packing as containers not cleaned thoroughly.
As the silicon oil will break the molecular chain of the silicon rubber. More silicon oil added, softer the pad printing will be, meanwhile nondurable and easy ageing it will also turn to be.
Some customers do not know well about the performance of silicon rubber. Actually, the durability of printing pad is closely related to the size of printing pattern. Some factories do not want to take the trouble to change the printing pad. While in fact, for large pattern, large silicone pads should be used, otherwise, use small one.(Generally, the ratio of the silicone pad to printing pattern is 3:1

Operation Ways
1, First, take a mount of resin, then add 0.5% - 1% cobalt ( Thixtropic ) ,and stirring evenly;
2, Then add 0.8%-1.5% catalyst according to the amount of the resin and stirring evenly;
3, For the cure time is closely to the environmental temperature and humidity , so pls adjust the mix ratio of the catalyst and thixotropic
4The gel time of about 9-15 minutes at room temperature of 25C.
Warm Tips
1., It is belong to flammable items, pls avoid fire, and child contact, If contact with skin , pls wash by clean water and go to a doctor.
2, Don’t add the Thixotropic and cure agent at the same time , Otherwise , it will be explosion and fired, 3. The catalyst and the Thixotropic must be isolated storage
