With room temperature curing agent , easy Operation by hand, and the glass cloth firmly stuck in the lining material surface, the formation of epoxy glass steel anti-corrosion layer. So it is widely used in chemical factory,winery, sewage treatment device corrosion occasion. HY301 epoxy resin is suitable for the preparation of solvent free or less solvent coating, strong anti-corrosion ability , small environmental pollution.

Operation Ways
1, First, take a mount of resin, then add 0.5% - 1% cobalt ( Thixtropic ) ,and stirring evenly;
2, Then add 0.8%-1.5% catalyst according to the amount of the resin and stirring evenly;
3, For the cure time is closely to the environmental temperature and humidity , so pls adjust the mix ratio of the catalyst and thixotropic
4The gel time of about 9-15 minutes at room temperature of 25C.
Warm Tips
1., It is belong to flammable items, pls avoid fire, and child contact, If contact with skin , pls wash by clean water and go to a doctor.
2, Don’t add the Thixotropic and cure agent at the same time , Otherwise , it will be explosion and fired, 3. The catalyst and the Thixotropic must be isolated storage
