Introduction
DXMM series of magnetizer and demagnetizer are composed of high-pressure oil-immersed capacitor, silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) and control circuit. AC rise the power supply voltage through isolation transformer, then transform to DC through a rectifier to charge the capacitor. The high-voltage direct current energy is stored in the capacitor, reaches the setting voltage to shut off the charging circuit, finially, through control SCR, high-voltage energy discharge the magnetizing coil to generate a strong magnetic field to magnetize the magnet to saturation state.

Optimal range of field voltage, fluxmeter and magnetometer can be automatically set up.
Magnetization, testing and demagnetization of general permanent magnetic sample completed at one time, time set up 20 seconds ~ 60 seconds.
Rare earth permanent magnetic samples need saturation magnetizing before testing, testing time 60 seconds ~ 120 seconds.
The sample after tested is in demagnetization or magnetizing status, freely selected by users.
Select heating head and temperature controller to detect magnetic characteristics of Ferrite, AlNiCo and rare earth material under high temperature (maximal 220°C).

Application:
VFD-R series is adapt to regenerate and activate the deteriorated transformer oil. It's capable of removing the moisture, gas and mechanical impurities as well as eliminating organic acid, sludges, pitches and dissociated carbon on the deteriorated transformer oil which are difficult to be removed by conventional oil purifier plants. After the treatment, the regenerated insulation oil can meet the required standard and life span of new insulation oil.
Description:
VFD-R regeneration units adopt both physical and chemical methods to purify and regenerate the transformer oil. They can not only regenerate the aging transformer oil, switch oil but remove the acid, suspending materials and contaminates.
VFD-R regeneration units adopt special adsorbent. They can be normally run without switching off the power and changing the oil of transformer.After the treatment, the transformer oil will maintain basic ingredients and anti-oxidation capacity to meet the standard of new transformer oil. Meanwhile, the VFD-R regeneration units can keep the power equipments insulating and safe by comsuming only 90% maintenance cost.
