pumpkin seeds and remove shells. We innovated old-fashioned de-huller to get higher
processing capacity and lower rate of broken kernels. The seeds are processed in a
continuous circle. Un-hulled seeds can be delivered automatically to next round
processing. Shells are collected by negative pressure instead of blowing-out so as to
decrease dusts. There are several separating screens attached with the machine, which

The sunflower seed processing line Model TFKH-1200 is a patent product of Qiaopai Group. This equipment provides an integral solution for sunflower seed kernels Industry. It combines cleaner, de-huller and separators so that the seeds can be processed without assistance of other machines.
There are two de-hullers applied in this equipment, which is more efficient than its previous models. It features of little broken rate and thoroughly separation of shells. The almond processing line provides one-stop solution for food industry. It can grade nuts, de-hull and separate shells. The machine can be also used to process hazelnut.
Grading/sizing machine consists of input hopper, elevator and sizing machine. It is used for grading/sizing in-shell almonds into 4 grades.
De-hulling and pre-separating machine consists of input hopper, elevator, de-huller, separating screen, elevator for un-hulled almond, conveying sieve for un-hulled almond. It can de-hull almond grade by grade, then separate out the small shells and un-hulled almonds from kernels, through which the mixture of shells and almond kernels will eject into the collecting bin.
Shells separator consists of input hopper, elevator and two separators. It is used to sort out shells from almond kernels.
